18 Feb, 2019 – INCEIF today welcomes Dr. Malini Eliatamby who joins us as the new Deputy President Operations.
Dr. Malini comes with 22 years of professional experience within the higher education sector in academic, teaching learning innovation and operations. Over the years, her tasks included strategy formulation, digital and non-digital strategy formulation, academic model formulation, educational technology and e-learning implementation.
She started her career as an educator and subsequently moved into management team as she climbed the career ladder with private universities such as Taylor’s College and the education arm of Sime Darby Healthcare.
Her immediate previous post was Chief Academic Officer at INTI International University & Colleges, Malaysia. She has been with INTI since 2009 growing into many roles there.
Some of Dr. Malini’s key achievements are:
- Awarded the National Outstanding Educator Award Malaysia 2015
- Awarded the Blackboard Catalyst Award (in the category of Professional Development) 2017
- Member of Global Mindset Advisory Board, Sydney, which focusses on globalisation and digitisation of learning and working.
Dr. Malini holds a PhD in Neurochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Bio Chemistry, both from University of Malaya.
