INCEIF’s Lecturer of Islamic Economics, Dr Madga Ismail Abdel Mohsin, appears today on Capital TV to talk about the Hijra or migration in conjunction with Maal Hijra, Islam’s new year 1434 which begins today. The day commemorates the migration of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W from Mecca to Madinah in the year 622 A.D.

In Capital TV’s special programme titled `Hijra : Migration To A New Beginning’, Dr Madga speaks on  the concept of Hijra’from the prospective of Islamic finance. She discusses on the migration from the conventional financial system to the Islamic financial system. She also shared with viewers INCEIF’s vision as the knowledge leader in Islamic finance and the university’s efforts to date, in providing education and training in Islamic finance globally.
