Among Allahyarham’s many responsibilities were the Chief Representative of the Bank Negara Malaysia’s London Representative Office and the Director of Bank Negara Malaysia’s Bank Regulation Department, the Director General of the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA) from 1999.
