Programme Overview

Finance for Non-Finance Managers provides participants with the understanding of the core financial aspect for business. The programme empowers participants in making decisions based on financial analysis on the future of their business and to assess the impact of past decisions that were taken.

Who Should Attend?

This programme is specially designed for non-financial managers and executives at all levels who have not undergo a formal training in accounting and finance, but need to understand financial statements and relevant accounting issues to carry out their work responsibilities more effectively. This include decision makers within an organisation overseeing significant resources, mid- to senior-level executives without extensive training in accounting or finance and members from other functional areas outside of finance, such as operations, marketing, strategy and general management.
