CIFP programme admission deadlines

Thank you for choosing to apply for admission to our programmes at INCEIF. Applying online for our programmes is a quick and easy way to provide the information to our Admission and Student Affairs Department, for further process.

Before you apply online
Please make sure you have copies of all the following supporting documents.

1. 2 copies of your latest passport-sized photo (background of the photo must be white in colour).
2. A copy of your identity card (Malaysian) or identification page of your passport or any identification document (non-Malaysian).
3. A copy of your highest qualification eg. PhD, Masters, Bachelor, Diploma, A-level, Matriculation or equivalent (A translation in English is required if your certificate is in a language other than English).
4. Evidence of English proficiency (i.e. TOEFL: 550, IELTS: Band 6 and etc).
5. For those with Diploma, A-level or equivalent, please attach a letter from your employer certifying the number of years of working experience you have in a financial institution.
6. Proof of financial support (i.e. Sponsorship of scholarship, loan approval etc.), for sponsored students.
7. A processing fee of RM50 (Malaysian) or USD20 (non-Malaysian).

All the documents above must be certified true copies of the original as attested by Notary Public/ Commissioner for Oath/ Head of Human Resource or equivalent.

Applying Online
You will be sent an acknowledgement as soon as we have received your application. You are then required to submit the abovementioned documents and an application processing fee of RM50 (for Malaysian) or USD20 (for non-Malaysian)
Decisions regarding admissions are not made until a full application is received. It is important you enclose all of the information requested to prevent the processing of your application being delayed.
The payment can be made as follows:

1. Online payment via e-university
2. Cheque, Money Order or bank draft payable to “International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance” or “INCEIF” and send to the following address:

Please ensure that you write your name, programme, reference ID and your contact details on the reverse side of the respective Cheque / Money Order / Bank Draft.

3. Cash / Credit Card (Walk-in)
