The International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF) was set up by Bank Negara Malaysia, to develop talents for the global Islamic financial services industry.
Our flagship programme is the Chartered Islamic Finance Professional (CIFP) which is a professional qualification aimed for practitioners in the Islamic financial services industry.
INCEIF's objective is to produce high calibre professionals for the global Islamic financial services industry through CIFP, Masters and PhD programmes.

ADMISSSION & STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICER↑
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effectiveness and smooth running of student registrations and student affairs.
- Daily follow-ups on on-line applications, response to enquiries, and update records.
- Process student registration and update data on student statistics.
- Prepare required materials and information for new candidates.
- Issue invoices on all chargeable items to candidates and collection of payments.
- Assist in prospect / candidate counselling.
- Assist the Exam Division during peak times.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication on important issues.
- Advise, direct and evaluate student applications.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or in any field equivalent.
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Resourceful, initiative, detail-oriented and independent.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS office applications.

FINANCE OFFICER↑
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting of finance policy and procedures.
- Assist in developing various business plans.
- Review and verify expenses and income.
- Prepare monthly account closing and reports for management.
- Liaise with banks on matters relating to operations.
- Administer financial operations and ensure compliance to statutory requirement.
- Coordinate budget preparation.
- Liaise with auditors to facilitate audit process.
- Liaise with tax agent for tax issues.
- Prepare full set of accounts.
- Maintain and safeguard the accounting records.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience in related field.
- Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

IT ANALYST↑
Principal Responsibilities:
- Report to, and support the ICT Manager and manage the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk, systems and infrastructure, including the corporate WAN/LAN.
- Assist ICT Manager to develop annual ICT budget & monitoring expenditure.
- Establish and maintain users, user environment, directories, and security.
- Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware and operation problems.
- Assist ICT manager in the update of ICT Strategic Plan.
- Schedule and oversee company ICT systems and equipment deployment and usage.
Requirements:
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Engineering or equivalent.

MARKETING OFFICER↑
Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that will enhance INCEIF’s image
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications department’s programme and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Monitor friends and developments in the fields Islamic finance and education.
- Coordinate international forums, meetings, events and projects including planning, budgeting, organising and controlling of events.
- Act as Liaison Officer with ministries, international organisations and vendors on event coordination.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Must possess good writing and communication skills in English and bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 5 years working experience in related field.
- Preferably Senior Executives specialising in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to a senior professor.
- Co-ordinate meetings and preparation of the minutes of meetings.

- Maintain filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- Able to handle pressure in meeting deadline.
Requirements:
